My nearest burger joint is locally owned and charges $11.75 for a single burger and $12.75 for a double. The fries are $3.50.

Why leave the kid in the car at all? My kids go inside with me if the wife isn't there wanting to stay in the car. Doesn't matter if I'm going in a store for 2 minutes.

The crazy thing is that the news here in the Midwest tells people each year to put something important, like their phone, in the car seat to remember the kid.

If I remember correctly, he wouldn't be able to pardon himself because these are state crimes. Only the NY Governor would be able to issue a pardon

You're right, they have the same outer shell with a completely different firing mechanism. The best anyone can legally get (to my knowledge) is a binary trigger. It fires when pulled, fires when released.
