@[email protected] What do you mean about “horse > other options”?

@[email protected] preaching to the choir, my friend.
My journey started with Daybreak which became my favorite game of all time.
I only have a Switch, so I could only go back to Zero, which was awesome! I'm now halfway through Azure.
I'll have to skip CS 1 & 2, but it is what it is. 3 will have to do! Then it'll be on to 4 and Reverie then boom, back to the present with Daybreak 2 and Farewell!
I'm eating good!
@[email protected] @[email protected] Yeah. By the time we get there, I’m thinking I’ll have a new handheld device to game with and it will all be a non-issue.
@[email protected] @[email protected] I've got a whole different problem. We only have Switches. So the Sky trilogy isn't available. Which has been fine.
BUT....... it also means after Azure, I'll have to skip Cold Steel 1 & 2 and go straight to 3 which, granted, seems to have a soft reboot from 1 & 2, but that's a lot of character & world building I'm going to miss out on.
Sad Panda.
@[email protected] The general consensus is, if you don’t start at the very beginning with the Sky trilogy, then start at a new arc, so Zero or Cold Steel 1 or Daybreak!
Daybreak is the newest and most modern. I started there and absolutely loved it!!! https://www.reddit.com/r/JRPG/s/KLvQoRuXGE
I’m on Switch, so my options are limited so went to Zero from there and 💕 and now I’m on Azure which plays like part 2 to Zero.
@Gradually_[email protected] I'm truly fascinated to see how coop works in a classic turn-based JRPG!
@[email protected] And, if you are in the US or Canada, it’s a pretty easy trek. Got a little “euro-flare” with all the French too.
@[email protected] won’t regret it. The national parks west and northwest of Quebec City are absolutely stunning.
@[email protected] oh wow, thanks for the heads up!
