Funny thing tho: If I select "Hide read Posts" my own posts would not show up in my profile's overview. Am I the only one?

I got the same reply from reddit as described in the update on the article. Anyone knows if that is even legal and how to go forward with this? I can't even delete most of the comments because the subreddits I posted them in are private...
