S Pedelecs sind vernachlässigt vom Gesetzgeber. Genau wie ein Lamborghini auch in Tempo 30 Gebiet fahren darf, so soll ein S Pedelec auch auf Radwege erlaubt werden wenn sie 25 km/h nicht überschreiten.
