The 16 is heavier than the 13, but it isn't too heavy to use on your lap. I generally carry it in a messenger bag, so the bulk doesn't bother me too much.

I love mine. I was a batch 4 I think. I had a keyboard issue that framework took care of very quickly.

In terms of durability, I carry it to and from work everyday, and have had no issues.

In terms of fit and finish, it isn't perfect. The mousepad spacers are a little uneven.

Other than that everything has been working fine, gpu, number pad, etc. I am running linux on it with no issues.

When wood is properly sealed up in walls, it lasts a very long time. We don't really have buildings on an old world timescale, but we do still have colonial wood frame buildings.

Is there a Lemmy community that focuses on technology, and not things tangentially related to technology companies?

Plasmoids are the widgets that you put on your task bar in KDE.

The Grouping Plasmoid lets you group multiple widgets together on the task bar.

To add one you right click on the task bar and click on the "Add Widget" button. Then find the Grouping Plasmoid and drag it to your bar.
