Ich habe mir die gleich Frage gestellt und mich dann für ein Zimaboard entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden. Das hat einen x86 Prozessor und ist damit ein bisschen besser aufgestellt als ein Pi, verbraucht aber trotzdem wenig Strom. Und es kommt direkt mit CasaOS vorinstalliert! (Die Entwickler von CasaOS haben es ursprünglich für das Zimaboard entwickelt).

Wenn du nicht viel Leistung brauchst reicht die schwächste Variante, die kostet 120 $ inklusive Power Adapter und SATA Kabel. Interner Speicher mit OS ist inklusive.

Nutze es momentan hauptsächlich für jellyfin und es schafft auch 4k Videos abzuspielen (man muss aber Hardware Beschleunigung aktivieren).

Mit dem "Zimablade" wurde auch gerade ein Nachfolger angekündigt, wir aber glaube ich erst nächste Jahr ausgeliefert.

Thanks for your detailed answer! RAM use is what I was wondering about mostly, I will probably go for the 8 GB version to be on the save side. Zimablade looks very interesting, but I couldn't find anything about when it will be actually available. One last question: do you use stock casaos or some other OS?

I'm thinking about getting a Zimaboard as well (for full *arr suite with media streaming to my TV) - how do you like it so far? How is your experience with media streaming (Pley or jellyfin) with files other than big blu-ray files?
