CTE is just awful, and even worse because they can't diagnose the condition whilst people are alive. We can only hope that continued research and knowledge can improve and change this.

That was an incredible game!!! (Especially as a neutral)...

That looks like it'll be really cute!! You're very creative! The only thing I would say is that if it's for a baby, maybe don't use wool or yarn for the 'hair'... It might be better to make it 'solid' out of satin like the fins? (Does that make sense? Like something in one mass rather than stringy...)?

Definitely alot of issues with private health insurance, but it doesn't discriminate with regards to genetic testing. When a person takes out private health insurance there is always a 12 month waiting period for anything you haven't been covered for previously; any genetic predisposition is irrelevant, you'll be covered after 12 months Life insurance on the other hand is a different thing, and this is what the article is referring to. And it is definitely unfair!

Inner city, and it woke me up. I actually checked this thread, saw my earthquake suspicions confirmed and was able to get back to sleep. But it felt a bit full on for a minute or so!!

Thank you!!! I'll have to give it a go. I like the idea of mixing the sesame paste, tamari and plant milk seperately... I've usually just done the simple Dashi, and then adding miso as you described. I appreciate you sharing what you do!

That broth recipe looks amazing!!! Must admit I've not come across adding milk to miso soup before ... Is it necessary? Is it because of the peanut butter? Thanks for posting the recipe/s

I think the machine you have is a Brother Super Flairmatic 190B sewing machine. (I used Google lens on the picture you posted). If you search this on Google, you'll find quite a bit of information, and there's even a YouTube video!!! You might even be able to find a manual this way. Good luck!!!

I'm only a beginner, and I don't really know, but I wonder whether it's worth contacting a sewing machine servicer / repair person to take a look at it (do you know whether the electrics are good and working?). The other thing is a sewing machine repair person may have spare parts for vintage machines? Do you have the sewing machine manual?
