So... Do you often just stand in the middle of rooms while looking at your phone? That's pretty damn weird not gonna lie

Hey I do what I can
Problem for me is phones are uncomfortable to use for gaming in so many ways. My hands aren't even that big, and my thumbs cover a lot of the screen. Then phones get hot when using them a lot. Not to mention staring that long at a mobile screen makes my eyes feel like raisins. Plus it's really shit posture to sit with your neck bent at a 90° angle looking straight down into your lap. None of these are very enjoyable for a gaming experience.
I won't even talk about the crazy predatory nature of most phone games being aggressive dopamine hijackers, cause that's covered in the thread already, but that too.
If anyone is actually curious they're just salt&black pepper, with kinda black carbon to make the chips look black
I truly hope the anti video game nuts start attacking true crime docs now with the same passion they've had for call of duty and gta for the last 20+ years
Not to piss in the soup here, but if someone wants to murder you, it's perfectly doable for them to meet you in a public place, do the lesson, and then simply follow you afterwards. I say this as a former private English teacher who has heard multiple stories from colleagues about stalker students who always had lessons in "safe" places
Marvel does a bunch of licensing for pre existing games to release marvel reskins, so if you know a few games he likes, maybe see if any of those exist.
If going away from marvel isn't a deal breaker, king of tokyo is a great game that has a colorful, marvely, comic book aesthetic. It's also a great entry level game for a family that may not be seasoned board gamers, but with enough interaction and randomness that you won't get bored once you get the gist, and nobody can really outskill anyone else.
There is a counterpart game, king of new york, that gets even closer to the marvel theme but the community mostly agrees that Tokyo is the better game because it's more simple and streamlined vs new York which adds a tad more complexity. NY does have it's fans though and your step dad might appreciate it more if he's a huge marvel guy
The fly has maxed out linguistic stats and can understand all languages... But it still has normal fly senses so all you can hear is air vibrations
Would you say bastion is the best supergiant title pre-Hades? I've been eyeing both that and transistor for a while
It seems most people are complaining about when Spotify plays random stuff it thinks you like, but I'm having the same issue with my actual created playlist. I've carefully gathered and downloaded all my favorite songs into a playlist that has about 3 days worth of music on it... Yet it plays the same 100-200 or so songs no matter what, even on shuffle. I'm pretty sure most songs in this list have never been played. Very irritating
Are all the features that were supposed to be there at launch added yet? I absolutely loved the game for the first month or two, and so did my friend group that played with me, but it was quickly becoming clear that it wouldn't be a finished product any time soon. I was so rooting for it to be good because the highs are so high. Sadly the lows were much lower
Sure, but given the state of things, I think we're closer to the boys than we could ever be to the avengers
