People fail to understand that large projects have inertia. He could have shuttered all twitter offices, fired all employees, and only paid the server bills, and the website would probably continue to function just fine for a few months.

Nah, Beehaw just had only 4 admins for the entire website and enforced pretty strong hugbox rules, so they quickly got overwhelmed by the larger instances and defederated.

While I disagree with the SC decision, I also agree with Biden that a new standard is needed. Race alone could never cover all the possibilities and struggles students faced growing up, and while it was a "good enough" yardstick, I hope we come up with something better.

I did a clean install for the update, not an upgrade, as well.

• It's a mix between images and text posts. It's also happened inside threads/posts off the main feed, but this was after I felt the slowdown while scrolling

As someone who never followed the marketing material and had a high end PC: I was expecting Witcher 3 in Night City, and that's exactly what I got

I understand that plenty of people were disappointed by the missing features and the stuff they outright lied about, but I had fun with it. Probably a 7.5/10 at launch for me.
