I do it by grid squares, I start a square one colour at a time and when it's complete I mark that square so I know it's done, that way I know where I've left off.

What the actual fuck is wrong with YOU? Obviously, this person is not in their right mind and not thinking straight. You think speaking to people like this is going to solve anything? If you have such an issue, report the post and block it from your feed instead of whatever the fuck that was. Have some compassion, Christ.

Rage Against the Machine's Renegades of Funk was originally written and performed by a band called Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic Force in 1983.

However, if A Flock of Seagulls picked you up and took off with you, there WOULD be legal consequences.

Way back yes, toys for bob took over when they remastered crash and spyro, or maybe they took over way before that. I'm not sure

I'm a phlebotomist and this is correct, there's also many other factors that can result in missing a vein, dehydration being the biggest factor and even just the size of the vein.

I joined Lemmy during the great Reddit exodus and I've been here pretty much since then and to be honest, I never really felt the difference between the two except user count, so it's interesting to hear other people's perspective such as yours.

As to your last point, I think there are a lot of factors, anonymity being the biggest one. Lack of social contracts being another. It's easier to be a jerk behind the screen where you don't have to actually face the real-life consequences of treating people poorly. Compound that with others who encourage and join in on the hate. Sometimes, it's deserved, though more often than not, it isn't. That's just my theory, though.

People are shit regardless of where you are on the internet, so this narrative that lemmy is better than anywhere else is just, silly imo.

This is what I've been mostly asking myself since I've heard the homicide ruling. Forcillo has already been tried, convicted, and served his time. I have the most basic understanding of our laws, but he can't be recharged for the same crime? However, could the family sue him in, like, civil court or something, based on this new ruling?
