That's just Zoomer humor. It has nothing to do with Reddit. Memes on tiktok/insta are the same thing. The same joke over and over (that's not even "funny" in the traditional sense) repeated so much that it's funny.

What kinds of things from reddit would you like to see Lemmy avoid as the user base grows? in c/[email protected]

Playing live has probably been the single best thing I've ever done for my playing. Not only does it force me to learn new songs (when we are doing covers) but also write new stuff.
