I think it's trying to say that blue politics creates better outcomes. The national election has historically had little effect on this. The local level elections, which have most certainly not been bucking the status quo, have put these states where they are.

The World According to Jeff Goldblum was a show made by and for Disney+. They deleted it for tax purposes. There is no legal way to watch the show now. Completely gone.

Threshold Kids is delightfully creepy but ultimately painful to watch, which perfectly fits the setting.

Bread maker. A guy I worked with said he loved his and I just bought one with no research. It's my favorite specialized appliance next to my popcorn machine.

Have you played Fallout? I'd say it felt pretty accurate to the game, combat takes a backseat to story and hoarding.

I wouldn't say it's an insane amount of time in the simulator. That probably averages less than 15 hours a year; however, there's many hours spent preparing for the time in the simulator which is what really makes emergency procedures rote.

Netflix definitely does a better job than its competition but the encoding is not perfect as it is, lowering it for certain material would push me away. They generally do a better job with their original content as well. Mario movie(Universal) looked like ass. Damsel (Netflix)looked quite good. Extraction 2 looked really good.

If I lived about a mile I could shop daily. That's an effortless walk. On the occasion I buy heavy liquids, backpack or bicycle.

If you live within 1 mile of a grocery store you could easily walk, and you don't need anything else on a regular basis. Use a bicycle and 5 miles becomes just as easy. People lived thousands of years without cars. The problem is our cities are built around cars, and they're built poorly because of it.

It's the only programming language I really delved into. I haven't had to program since college. I found it very useful.
