Oh, we're all well aware how much you care about the world beyond your borders.

That's encouraging
Again, factory farming seems so, totally, horrific it's obvious that it should be consigned to history.
But feeling that way is something that only a tiny minority of people seem to share. Most people just don't care.
People love meat and are willing to totally ignore the suffering behind it. Never mind environmental impacts. .
It's an article about environmental impact
"The impacts of vegans were a quarter of those of high meat eaters for greenhouse gas emissions, and land use, just 27% of the impacts for water pollution, 46% for water use and 34% for biodiversity. "
But let's be honest, you probably dont care, no one seems to care. People who do care are unusual and caring and taking action is unusual and might even earn you derision.
Personally I'm still trying to figure out whether there's any point in trying to change anyone's mind. I have a feeling it's a hopeless waste of energy, which is terrible. If the people do do care lose all will to try to encourage others to see what seems obvious then nothing will get better, it will probably get worse.
Ps5 plus the subscription. Its all I need, shed loads of games and if your patient then the good games to turn up as well. I won't buy any titles for £50 etc, I just wait for them to turn up on the subscription.
I'm happy with the Netflix like experience and have enjoyed trying out games and then abandoning them if it's not working for me. Just try the next one.
I think it's easier without drugs and alcohol enforcing a chemical come down that's very hard to avoid.
Does lasting mean perpetual and without breaks, or does it mean a default happy state that can of course be interrupted by life events but that will naturally revert to a default state of happiness?
Happiness simply requires you to be thankful for what you have. Not just physical objects but relationships, past times, opportunities, ideas and space to be yourself.
Most of us forget how short life is.
No safety
It's called expectations management. This was when you see the small amount of safety, you'll be pleasantly surprised
