Maybe Theaters should make it possible to hear the Film over Bluetooth Headphones. So you can enjoy the Big Screen and use your Noise Canceling Earphone.

I hear Podcast mainly at work. I have a no brain, just work job, so i can hear about 3 Podcast on one Shift. I loved Antennapod, but 2 of my favorite Podcasts are Spotify Exclusives, so i switched to Spotify, wich i only use for Podcast. My Music Streaming App is YouTube Music, because i am YouTube Premium User. I simply hate Adds!

I felt the same way, a therapist couldn't help me either, since I was just looking at the world realistically... It helped me to consume less news and to concentrate on my immediate environment, where I actually mean my actions can change something. For me it's mainly family, but of course it can also be a hobby or voluntary work, for example.
