Has anyone managed to get Nanoleaf Essentials bulbs to be reliable within Home Assistant? (self.homeassistant)

I’ve got 18 of these things all connected via HomeKit Controller integration, via Apple Thread Border Routers, and they will be fast and responsive, until they randomly go offline, requiring a reboot of Home Assistant to fix. It’s unpredictable though, and I don’t know what I can do to fix it. They didn’t behave this way when connected to HomeKit directly — only when paired to Home Assistant.
