No, because he never said it directly just hinted at it:

Asked in October if he would only serve one term if elected, the former vice president told the Associated Press that he wouldn't make that promise but he wasn't deeply committed to seeking a second term.

"I feel good and all I can say is, watch me, you'll see," Biden said. "It doesn't mean I would run a second term. I'm not going to make that judgment at this moment."

However there were several advisors on his campaign that said it:

"If Biden is elected, he's going to be 82 years old in four years and he won't be running for reelection," a prominent adviser to the campaign told Politico.

the Democrats need to actually learn the right lesson from losing an election.

I haven't read the whole article so I can't say I agree with anything it says, but I just found this:

"From the beginning of the election to its final days, Latino voters in interviews and polls consistently named the economy, inflation or higher costs as their No. 1 issue and gave Trump the advantage on them."

I'm not familiar with any organizations so I don't have much advice, but this web search has a lot of resources that look like they may be helpful.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. Stay safe!

"Harris has a significant lead among young registered voters in the NBC News Stay Tuned Gen Z Poll powered by SurveyMonkey. But a yawning gender gap is dividing Gen Z."

That being said, we all know how inaccurate polls can be sometimes.

Why put this on all of us when only 1/3 of the ~~country~~ eligible voters in this country voted for him? When taking voter turnout into consideration (a third of the eligible voters didn't vote).

Eligible voters' results:

34% Trump

32% Harris

33% Did not vote

Don't put this on the other half of the country that abhors him.

In private? I can see them saying it on TV and the rubes still voting for them since all they watch is Fox News and they'd never run it.

In June 2016, a class action lawsuit was filed against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz for violating the DNC Charter by rigging the Democratic presidential primaries for Hillary Clinton against Bernie Sanders. Even former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid admitted in July 2016, “I knew—everybody knew—that this was not a fair deal.”

Flipping the narrative: if you can get a solid stint of sobriety now, you'll be in good shape come January and whatever comes after that.

Good point. Thanks for giving me at least one positive thing to think about for January 2025.

Let me get this straight, you're siding with the enemy occupation? If not, then why would you have a problem with a sovereign nation retaking their own country.

"A stay-behind operation is one where a country places secret operatives or organizations in its own territory, for use in case of a later enemy occupation. The stay-behind operatives would then form the basis of a resistance movement, and act as spies from behind enemy lines."

They leave spies in their own territory when being invaded in order to get their country back. How dare they‽

I doubt there's anything that will sway them. My guess is he's in massive financial debt to the Russian mafia or directly to Putin. He's afraid of being suicided out a window defenestration style.
