Maybe another way to interpret this is that the third level is currently only showing those who are alive.
I understand doctors are humans too, and presume that is your reason for questioning “Why?”.
But in defense of doctors being more “thick skinned”, I think patients are generally the more vulnerable side as they are usually the ones with issues. If every doctor they come to snaps at them, they start to lose trust in healthcare providers.
“a dream of a thousand [animals]”
this is not uchicago, is it?
Right, there are those too. I guess the point is, “no one” is practically impossible. Complete public perception of climate change should not be the ultimate goal, it’s just not realistic.
“no one” is a big challenge … the ones who are on the fence could be reasoned with, and then we have those who are extremely stubborn who cannot change until it affects them directly. And those who use denial to gain power will likely continue to do so …
For your latter point, does it happen for people born blind or those who have accidents that result in loss of sight?
“Ma’ ar, your human friend Gary is here to hang out, come down the stairs, don’t phase through the floor”
When raising the kid, make sure to keep telling them “you’re so weird, it’s like you’re not even from here”, and keep feeding them alien-enriched movies.
Wow they chose to semi-hijack a common acronym for explainable AI (XAI), for a new company that’s likely unethical. Why do companies do this, hijacking existing words with benevolent meanings then eventually dirty them?
Thanks, this is a great idea! With a quick look, this seems possible for big enough organizations, but might be spotty for others. I’ll take a closer look. Would be nice if there’s linkage to other database, such as the other commenter’s suggestion of littlesis.
