This is a Open Source DirectX implementation for Linux, providing native support for DirectX-based applications and games, without relying on Wine's Windows compatibility layer.
Inflation is "falling" in the sense that it's going up less fast than it was. It's still rising, but at a slower pace when compared to the same period last year. Americans are not wrong to think inflation is still a problem. It may be objectively "falling" but do not mistake this for deflation, which is not occurring.

My guess is that these are the Windows 7 holdouts who refuse to move to Win 10/11. Steam recently added a notification and countdown to Win 7 clients alerting the end of support for Steam on the OS.
I'm not seeing the issue here. If you're going to crash, don't.
