There are different regulations regarding treatment dispensed directly by a pharmacist than those dispensed by a physician. Under 16 would generally have to be seen by an a doctor, often a pediatrician.
I think there is a valid point to be made that there is only so much risk reduction that can be done, and people will then either accept the risk level of the action or not. The thing that is important though is that people know what risk they are accepting.
When I learned to ride a motorcycle the instructor flat out said that motorcycling is not a safe activity. It is inherently risky, and the stakes are very high. Injuries are severe, and you're far more likely to die. You can somewhat lower that risk by wearing proper safety gear and practicing safe riding, but riding a motorcycle is not and will never be safe.
The velocity of a catastrophic implosion like that would exceed Mach 2 (686 m/s). Nerve conduction is about 50-60 m/s. Dead before they knew anything was going wrong.
There is also an out of pocket maximum with regards to that "co pay" or "co insurance". My annual out of pocket maximum for co-pay and co-insurance is $2500.
We call that a "deductible". Mine is $1200. So it's more than yours, but it's not quite the same as having to pay for everything out of pocket.
If I take an unregistered, uncertified, uninsured vehicle to a place that has no roads and I get myself in a huge pickle out there, you can bet your ass I will be billed for the rescue. And probably fined on top of it for fuckin up the environment in the process.
Also as a hiker, I have a satellite comms device in case my ass needs rescued. And I have SAR insurance, because my ass cannot afford the bill.
Every time I would post something on Reddit and get all excited like someone has replied! Someone out there liked this! ... Nope. Automoderator just replying with the rules again.
If you park far enough forward, nobody can access the pump in front of you.
Except that I don't touch literally everything else including my food with my butthole, though. And it's not as if I never wash my butthole. So if I happen to be in a public shitter and I drop a deuce, I will simply apply shit tickets and not freak out about it.
That one got missed in the load test...
You don’t need to make an account for other instances.
Until that community you subscribe to on another instance disappears because they defederate from one that your account is on due to that other one not being a safe space.
People are dense. You straight out said this man needs more complete care to ensure that he can be helped because his condition could be more serious than if he were female, and they read "more thorough treatment" as "no treatment" like morons.
CVS MinuteClinic is for super minor stuff. Doctors are for more serious things.
