Well some of new Mexico has a variation of norteno accent. You can find some versions online, also burqeunos. Those are the extremes of new Mexican accents but no new Mexican sounds like Midwestern accent

I messed around with listening and decoding NOAA satellites at home and depending on the satellite they decode with the states outlined like this. It's a fun hobby that uses one of those digital antennas, some copper wire and some open source programs.

Remember Pennsylvania is a really weird about alcohol, the only store that used to sell had to be government run which requires scanning of id's and other than that you could buy beer and wine at restaurants so in that state they are hard wired to need ID. The rest of the country probably wouldn't care, I know my state just either doesn't ask or just asks you to tell them your birthday.

We already do, this isn't about proof of citizenship it's about removing certain types of voters from the pool. In the USA it is extremely rare that any voter fraud happens (we are talking like 30-40 cases over a billion votes cast) this kind of law is basically a vote tax, you wanna vote? This is a pay to vote plan, you wanna vote pay 60 bucks to get your passport, pay another 50 for your real ID. Not everyone has that money to spend so they can't vote
