There is a bunch of ways to do that, I'd say nextcloud is good if you want to have a multi-device system with syncing and convenience tools

The radio is so pretty Look at all that space under it for custom stuff ! You could easily install a CB radio in there

technically, yes, but the danger lies more in that food can get stuck between layer lines and develop naughty bacteria
