Yeah they’re definitely on the more expensive side, but every bag of theirs I have tried has been great. And their owner just got 4th place at the world barista championship which is pretty cool.
It really is a great drink. Campari is one of my favorite liqueurs and combining it with tiki flavors just makes it even better.

First pull of Archetype Brazil beans. Very sweet tasting shot. 20g in, 42.5g out in 32 seconds. Not bad for first try, but definitely some room for improvement.
Tiki drink kinda night. Bought a bottle of black rum and wanted to try it out. Excuse the lack of tiki glassware and garnishes, but both very tasty.
Jungle bird: 2 oz black rum .75 oz Campari 2 oz pineapple juice .75 oz lime juice .5 oz simple syrup
Mr. Bali Hali 1.5 oz black rum 1 oz light rum .75 oz Coffee liqueur 1.5 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lemon juice .5 simple syrup
