As much as I hate to admit it, I am liking threads. I gave up twitter once man child took over and moved to mastodon. But a lot of the local news I followed never made it to mastodon and they haven’t moved to Lemmy, kbin, squabbles, etc yet.
I hate that it is a meta product but until the local news sources move somewhere else I will still use it, only sparingly.
Apple didn’t add anything on top of SMS. iMessage users data and has all the ‘cool’ features. If it cant reach someone via iMessage it falls back to plain old SMS.

My 5 year old Roku which I used to block it from internet a access as it is so chatting talking to Roku all the time, even when itin use suddenly would not work at all unless I gave it access to the internet. So be wary of Roku tvs if you plan to not let them use the internet. In fact is is the second most block domain on my network.
If I could figure out how to post an image I could show the almost 11k requests it blocked over the last 7 days. And I don’t use any of its smart features as I have an Apple TV connected to it that I use.

I enjoyed season 1 enough to pay for MGM+ to watch season 2. And I regret that purchase. I did not care for season 2 at all.

Kidding. That setting is in such a odd place and doesn’t mention anything about hide my email in there. I guess apple assumes every has that checked. I am not sure what the default is and maybe it is on so apple has vague instructions on using it. Who knows just glad you got it sorted.
In setting in Safari under the autofill tab you must have using information from my contacts checked. Without that checked it won’t prompt you. With it checked it will.
Hard disagree. I’m on my phone while on the toilet. In the shower I have nothing but the voices in my head to listen to.
I’m not defending apple here as apple weather has shown thunderstorms for months for me when it has been nothing but hot or hotter. But modeling weather is had and depending on where you are different models are better than others. The downside with apple weather is they only have one source.
And to those that say dark sky was better it was t dir me. It was wrong more than it was right for me.
This only works in the US, it find which weather source is more accurate, then look for their app or a 3rd party that uses them.
