There is also a small traa community on one Lemmy instance. Hope this gets more traction :)

Sure, we don't need the masses that reddit has and it would be great if mostly people with a similar value system would join. But I certainly would welcome more users and especially more content. I liked reddit for specific communities related to mental health, gender identity/sexuality and neurodiversity. There is (still) hardly any activity in this regard on Lemmy instances. I really hope that more people join to build communities revolving around these topics. They don't have to be super large though.
ETA: if you search for e.g. "trans" within the instances you get various results ;) (the one I was referring to is called "Trans Memes for Trans [email protected]" I think)
Sorry, that was probably too vague and maybe even false. To me, the black-red-white woodpeckers always seemed to be "the common ones" :D I live in Germany so depending on your location that might be different. I saw a nest of Dendrocopos major to be specific ;)
And what a nice picture you took!! I really need to invest in a better camera. Birds are seriously underrepresented in my iNaturalist account.
Regarding the woodpecker: I heard a green one the other day (identified via BordNET) and they sound really crazy. And I also saw a common woodpecker nest the other day!
If you write in lowercase it doesn't count as Roman numerals ;)
