i'm sorry that you think of yourself as ugly. you seem to think of yourself as significantly lesser than her as a person. you describe her as all the positive things and then beat yourself up and call yourself ugly. i think you should rebuild the relationship that you have with yourself before trying to focus on a relationship with another person. enjoy the friendship with her for now while you work on yourself, and in time, your friendship might progress into a relationship. whether or not you do end up together as a couple, i'm sure she would love to see you become more confident and secure with yourself.

this is absolutely wild. where do you live? we go to the "emagine" theater chain and have been able to get the front row "cuddle seats" for 12$. it sits two of us to one loveseat. bring a friend/partner or have a giant seat to yourself. i think emagine is only in a few states tho (USA).

i can get behind the quadrant pizza

eating a frozen pizza without cooking it sounds like something i would do in the deepest throes of a depression episode

i wouldn't say it tastes like cheese on its own, but it is savory and nutty. when mixed with other spices, it hits that "cheesy" note. i am no longer vegan but when i was, i used a lot of nutritional yeast in place of, for instance, parmesan, and it was the base for homemade vegan ricotta, alfredo sauce, broccoli and vegan cheese soup, etc. i really encourage you to try it! also i noticed my cat really enjoys eating it, and apparently a little bit sprinkled on their food is good for them.

olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt. so nutty and flavorful and rich.

i definitely agree! being part of a growing community is a special feeling. although i had been on reddit for about ten years, it felt like by the time i joined, the community was already established and any comments i made got drowned out by a sea of other comments. here, it feels easier to be "seen".
