I'm similar, except I collect rpg books and I'm 30. I haven't sat down read a paper book properly in years, I just don't have the attention span (thanks undiagnosed ADD). But I keep collecting because it brings me joy to do so and I enjoy the thrill of the chase going through second hand bookshops looking for deals.
These sort of hobbies are also great for bringing together like minded people, like you and your friend, so there are additional social benefits to them too if you're looking for that. This is something Ive come to really come to appreciate more as I've aged and fallen out of contact with school friends and it gets harder to meet new people outside of your social circle.
Sorry for the ramble but I guess my main point is to ask yourself whether it brings you joy to continue collecting or not and if it doesn't maybe to hold off for a few months and check back in with yourself then as you may feel different.
It's hards to say who has the moral high ground here, I can see it from both sides but the main problem seems to be that they didn't hash out clear IP rights initially. Now that the business/property is valuable neither party is willing to give an inch of what they feel owed.
I've been in the patreon for this for a while, it's going to be a great finished product.
I finally got around to fixing it, couldn't log in for the last few days on Jeboa, but yeah - they buy up similar/fatfinger domains because otherwise it'll just let scammers get em. Not to protect their customers, but just because that's revenue they're leaving on the table.
If you're doing a holiday in the USA and renting a car via enterprise, Alamo or national book with Rentalcars.com, unless you're flying with doing a Virgin package holiday, in Which case do it with them. They have the best rates in the market due to special agreements. If you want the best customer service experience for rental cars book with Virgin as they will put a lot of pressure on Alamo/national/enterprise who will bend over backwards for you.
Man I always wanted to look like Jerec from Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight
