It could be. Although we don't know how much those sounds indicate distress, and perhaps watering should happen much sooner.

Imagine if aliens abduct you and give you food only when your stomach makes the kind of noise it makes after three days without eating anything, because "that's all they can detect."

No harm done, brother. Infighting is precisely what they want us to do. Sorry I reached the way I reacted too.

But anyway, the whole situation sucks, and I'm very aware of that. I decided not to give that orange asshole any more attention than the strictly necessary. And in turn I'll focus my energy on signaling strength to those who are too sad and scared for the future.
