yes, that's the point of the system.
you're using the world jailed to mean arrested or charged, that's now what we are talking about. anyone can be put in jail for no reason for 24 hours. that doesn't mean much.
i never agreed that they jail people for exercising free speech. that's not how this works.
you're just making conjecture about how the US denies people free speech.
the point of those courts is to decide what is or is not free speech.
Were talking about a quantum level of energy. Wormholes are not proven to exist but if you were to calculate the energy it takes to travel X distance, the amount of distance you save by using the wormhole has been generated by simply traveling through it, and can even mean you have "generated" energy if he amount saved us greater than the amount spent overall.
It takes energy to maintain the portal, that is significantly less than it takes to move the people.
That's not how you calculate potential energy. If you were to put both portals on either side of a moving platform, you would pass right through it, because they are both moving at the same relative velocity. But if you make one of them stationary, you work like trowing a ball forward in a moving vehicle.
In this example, if you calculate as if both portals are stationary, the people are moving towards the portal, the portal isn't moving, and thus they fly out the other side.
