IMO is because Russia is a pariah now. It’s the same rationale that made Putin endorse Harris.

It’s the same narrative “we, the GOP, are against Russia… see? Putin endorses Harris. See? They fabricated a lie that Trump gave tests to Russia. Because Russia is afraid of the GOP”

My setup as well (plus encrypted DNS for good measure)

I still have to somehow trust my ISP but I go down from having to trust my mobile ISP, my employer WiFi, random shops WiFi to just one ISP (that, fwiw, has shown to be transparent, customers friendly etc)

I really don't like french cheese. Am I racist with the french for that?

I really think that Germany has too much power over EU. Does this make me racist with Germans?

I understand some antisemitic may use war as a way to spread their idepology but the opposite is not true.

One person may disagree with the geopolic of this war without having any issue with the citizens of a country involved

Yes, i got it, but it depends from the distribution. If there is correlation on where the bad apples appears (e.g. for cultural or socio economic conditions), it is more likely that we are close to the case of 3 bunches (that is 30 apples, just 5 more than the "original" apples)

If we stop this parallelism (that is what I disagree with) and we move to the actual issue with the police, i think it's a problem with all power positions: all positions that come with power (no matter how small) attract certain kind of people. This is true from the folks that check tickets in public transportation to teachers. Police is worse because there is a lot of unchecked power and close to no accountability

The solution is not how to do bin packing of the bad apples, the solution is reducing the power, increasing accountability and add checks (e.g. while body cam have some privacy implications that i don't like, it's a step in that direction)

between 3 and 25, depending from the distribution... And your point is? 🤷

Yeah, my theory as well but i don't think it's clearly said.

Furthermore, how come Petunia was so scared of the last Dumbledore's letter?

Even if she promised to Dumbledore... Why being scared?

I can imagine someone being scared of a letter from Mad Eye Moody. I can imagine being respectful of Dumbledore letters.
