Just curious, did you have to replace them at 30k even if they were fine treadwise?

Yes this too. They go out and try to say "oh but there's a credit" but they make it hard to even get the credit in the first place. So it's great that the Mach-E is eligible for the $7500 credit but that's not gonna do me a bit of good even if I could barely afford it.

The whole thing frustrates me to no end.

I seriously think these companies are insane. They're doing things to impress a certain monetary demographic without seeing how many of those folks exist. Without taking literally anybody else into consideration.

I wish they would bring the ID.3 to the US. This would be perfect and replace my current GTI, but alas. They seem to think we all need either a giant truck or an SUV and I hate it.

Mine was the same. I am generally a nice person, I just want a nice place to comment to people, talk about gaming, cars/motorcycles, animals and technology but I wasn't good enough somehow. I literally wrote a paragraph. No idea what I had to say to get in.

I'm just a derpysmilingcat, I'm not evil lol

Thanks for the response. Its weird to me because it's technically not yours and at any time the company could do a something that wipes it, asks for it back or does any number of things and you'd have to go through a lot to back up all your stuff. Or be out of luck if one day they decide to implement a policy that removes access to some app you like to use.

Not related to you in any way but I had this one lady who had a company phone and she went and got all these accessories and stuff and when we switched phones she was livid about all these things she bought. I felt bad for her but like...it's not your phone lol.

This is called "start a chain of paperwork with the police". They of course won't do much to help but it's good for future restraining order proceedings.

Because you're gonna have future restraining order proceedings.

I mean no disrespect at all I am simply curious as to why you do that. Do you also use a work laptop as your own?

I used to do tech support and a whole lot of people used their work devices as their own and I just do not understand why.

I would like to keep things as they are now and simply add a sign up button next to the instance in the search window. That way they all stay separate but it doesn't take a lot of extra clicks to get signed up for everything. Or maybe we just have some site hosted by Lemmy devs that crawls for instances based on a keyword search that let's you sign up from there.

Unless it is on an instance that has federated from the one you're on, like Lemmy.world and Beehaw, you only need the one account. .

You know you can really easily transfer passwords from one manager to another. I was using LastPass before they lost their minds and it was so simple to switch to 1Password. It was literally just a download of the file and upload it to 1Pass.

I feel the same, it's like now after I eat I can kinda feel like there's stuck food in there and it irks me until I remove it. It's kinda gross now if I can't remove it immediately.
