Maybe try the Long Earth Series. I’ve read the series you mentioned and this one kept me interested through all five books. Good luck. I hope you find your next book.
I don’t know. This puppy has never met a stranger; loves everyone. I wish for those downvoters to find happiness…maybe get a puppy…and enjoy life more.
That’s the confetti from a gender reveal for my first grandchild. Arlo thought it was a spectacular event when the confetti was flying everywhere (he didn’t eat any).
You may also consider, while you’re in the Apollo app, giving a tip in the tip jar.
This is a great question. My approach, when I think I need to buy a new tool, is to give it a year (if possible). Watch pricing, research quality/value and pricing cycle for the best possible price. Throughout that year I track how often I would’ve used said tool as well. The year-long evaluation also gives me time to save money for the purchase.
As a self-professed tool addict, this system has slowed my impulse purchases down to near zero. By the end of the evaluation year it is usually clear whether I really needed the new tool or not. A little over 50% of the time I don’t make the purchase.
Same here. I don't see the "three bars" and I can't find saved posts. This is a question I've had for a while. I keep searching around to see if I'm just missing something or if it's a feature that isn't available in the app yet. Sure would like to know.
I’m sorry, I meant is the Sun affecting the Earth’s temps. Not to deny Climate Change, just hopeful that, when the sun settles down will the Earth get a break from these extreme summer temps.
Does this have anything to do with Earth's climate? Probably a hot-button question but I'm truly curious.
Oh man, now I'm curious. I need closure.
I've settled my focus on Memmy with some periodic checks on Mlem. I'm a sucker to try as many new Lemmy apps as I can but Memmy is where I spend my time. The development pace is amazing.
I’d prefer a knife. Both, of course, are in my EDC, but I’d choose a knife over flashlight. It’s the tool I’m most comfortable with.
