No love for Dave Eggers? A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius was so so excellent, and there were sentences in You Shall Know Our Velocity! that made me weep with joy.

Two movies from the 90s... "Ruben and Ed," and "... And God Spoke."
And God Spoke was a revelation the first dozen times i watched it, it was full of tiny little blink-and-you'll-miss-them moments. Haven't seen it in years.
Ruben and Ed is just surreal, with at least two scenes that have stuck in my head lo these thirty years.
I spent so many hours at the DQ across from my high school playing this and Pleiades (which was a better Phoenix). First game i ever looked for and installed on an emulator.
