I'm a cyclist and driver and think it's very important to see other users easily. IMO the strobing lights can be distracting and overwhelming.

For example, when riding in a group at night, a steady rear light will be appreciated by your fellow riders – the group needs to be seen, but cycling close to a flashing rear light can be distracting or dazzling.

Most bike lights also use wide beams without a cut-off that could dazzle drivers or other cyclists. Any cyclist who has shared a bike path with an oncoming strobing light can attest to this.

Unless there's some state level tax implications or a car that's sensitive to rust in the desert that makes the car more or less valuable. I don't see why the national average can't be used?

There's an argument to say a state with a lower average income should have lower fines, but really then might as well have fines based on income / networth

In the UK we have https://www.parkers.co.uk/car-valuation/select-manufacturer/

In the USA I think there's an equivalent.

All four Canonical Gospels state that during Jesus's Last Supper with his disciples, he predicted that Peter would deny knowledge of him, stating that Peter would disown him before the rooster crowed the next morning.

Following the arrest of Jesus, Peter denied knowing him three times, but after the third denial, he heard the rooster crow and recalled the prediction as Jesus turned to look at him. Peter then began to cry bitterly. This final incident is known as the Repentance of Peter.

Similar story in the UK during the summer.

Water companies are owned by foreign asset funds who wring every drop of profit with no thought for the future.

Well craters are by definition below the surrounding surface, so possibly fairly accurate.

Scott became CEO of Columbia/HCA ... In settlements reached in 2000 and 2002, Columbia/HCA pleaded guilty to 14 felonies and agreed to a $600+ million fine in what was **at the time the largest health care fraud settlement in U.S. history. ** During Scott's 2000 deposition, he pleaded the Fifth Amendment 75 times.

For non US peps.

The Fifth Amendment protects individuals from being forced to incriminate themselves. Incriminating oneself is defined as exposing oneself (or another person) to "an accusation or charge of crime"
