More battery life means the cpu is power limited compared to windows + armoury crate performance mode?

I usually uninstall armory crate and other manufacturer bloat from gaming laptop while using windows and i use high performance power plan on windows. But armoury crate unclocks better high performance modes delivering more power to cpu. Since you have no armoury crate/msi centre on linux you will never know the performance you are leaving behind. Correct me if i am wrong.
I would have know this when i said this on Lemmy + linux community. I would actually consider my phone running android/ios to be a greater threat to my privacy than my gaming pc
With a powershell tweaks you never have to worry about those broken updates.
I exactly do this. It switches every services to manual and turn off so many notification bloat. After doing this windows never bothers me. Every app , games, hardware like capture card just works on windows.
But i use linux on my laptop because linux is good for browsing and wordprocessing.
I had the same problem, i turned off hardware acceleration it works now.
I run arr stack and jellyfin server on windows 11. Also use tailscale for remote access
