4 hours screen on time is about what I get from my Samsung, that I'm trying to ditch.
And my issue with the Samsung isn't battery life, it's just the software. So I'm good with all of it lol
Yeah... That's less than 8 weeks of work for all 4 years though, that's a good trade. You could work for one summer and pay for all of college, or work for each summer and pay for college, a car, some spending money and have stuff saved.
Vs now, where you can work full time all year and still be in the negative, by a lot. And of course if you do that then that's going to really hurt your studies.
Idk have you used boost? It's incredible
Their website does not instill me with confidence, plus China.
Yeah, though I do have the current issue of being in tech and most of the answers are still on Reddit, I've so far been able to get enough info off of Google's preview functionality but ... I need more people on Lemmy so there's more debug info populated lol
Yes, but that's the only way you can trust electronic voting, by removing anonymity
Because I want to use it with one hand without my wrist hurting. I don't play games on my phone, it's just for texting, Snapchat, quick Google searches, navigation, music, and ~~Reddit~~ Lemmy.
A big screen enhances none of those things for me and makes it uncomfortable to use.
Imo you shouldn't get a bike until you're like, 25.
Driving a car is a lot safer way to learn how to predict driver patterns. The hardest thing about riding a bike is everyone else on the road. Quite frankly, riding a bike is pretty trivial, as long as no one else exists.
But unfortunately a lot of dumb people do exist and they're driving a couple ton machines that can kill you.
Also a few things to consider, small cheap bikes like what you're talking about don't handle well in bad weather conditions, ABS isn't standard on bikes. You'll likely spend about a grand on safety gear, so there's a lot to consider about the finances and whether or not it's actually reasonable for your situation.
It's a terrible mobile browser...
I honestly gave it a go, and I liked that I could run ad blocking, but the constant crashing and poor website rendering shoved me back to chrome on mobile a couple weeks ago. I'd rather deal with ads and have the browser be stable apparently.
