What's happening on the community that you need the moderator?
I was also thinking along the lines of Windows security... With all my files synced locally (down), aren't all those files now exposed to the OS and all the potential pitfalls that come with it?
I don't actually want this functionality. I put those files on Proton to keep them separate and secure.
You're a better man than I. Not sure what to do with my 13 year old account at this point.
The way you put it reminds me of Digg. When the "normies" came along with Digg v2, the OGs (the cloistered nerds ^see^ ^below^) left.
I think the web front-end works great, actually. Better than reddit (old.reddit, at least).
Works great as a PWA, too.
Same wife experience here. Why anyone would tell me a problem without expecting at least an offer to fix it is still beyond me, though.

That said, I subbed. :)
Downloaded and sideloaded. Tired of "optimizing apps" especially if I'm sitting in front of a computer anyway.
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.
Hmm... gross. Thanks for the heads-up.
Ah, I hear ya. Just thought there was some drama or something keeping you from using the community in its current state.
