Why are complaints filed against me?
There are a few brands of preservative free drops that aren't single use now. The applicator on these is different so the preservative is not needed. Granted. I use single use refresh most of the time at home, but I carry a bottle of preservative free when I go out.

Exactly, we don't have that problem where I work. Personally, I know I don't take enough time off, but that's my own fault. I also lost a lot of PTO over the years when I didn't take it.

tell your neutral ones that they are meeting expectations but that they need to work harder if they want to exceed expectations.
I find you to be adequate.
