That's amazing that you took on the care of your niece! You can be the example of breaking the cycle. My kids like me being sober, they've stated it before. Helps them feel more secure and stable. I will not drink poisonous alcohol with you today, day 48 for me!

I have a huge job interview today. I'm nervous as all heck, but excited as well! I really want this change. Grateful for a clear head and a great night of sleep. I will not drink poisonous alcohol today!
Last day of my vacation. First sober vacation with the family in a very long time, I truly enjoyed it. Day 46!
Yes, the acid reflux is way lower for me! I was on the highest dose of prescription med, and still had to take Tums on the regular. Still healing from the damage, but no more Tums all day for me.
On our vacation there's literally no humans within 10 miles of us. We are on restricted, private land. Spent the day rock hunting with the family, we found agates and petrified wood! Grateful for this break, and so thankful I can do it sober. No poison for me today!
Day 44! Off on adventures with my family. I'm so happy that my kids get a sober Mom now. No poisonous alcohol for me today!

Busy day, but I woke up on time while forgetting to set my alarm. No way that would've happened when drinking. Ugh, I don't miss that waking feeling of my heart racing, guts churning, not even realizing why my sleep was so out of whack. No more hangxiety wake ups for me! No poisonous alcohol for me today, either.
