IGA in Canberra is such a mixed bag.

Some are amazing, super clean and organised and have a unique range of stock. Others feel like a dirty old highway servo in the middle of nowhere where half the stock is out of date.

Last year I think I only got one piece with 68, this year I've fully kindled 15-20 pieces and am yet to get one.

I've been regularly getting 68 from the Helm, I feel like that might be the most reliable way to get high stat armour at the moment.
