No because we ignore the haters.

Yes. Positive. It won't be a big difference but everything matters in its own small way. Posts that piss off dozens of people can still have one person who loves your perspective. That one person can be you. Ignore the haters.

Yes. Everyone lives in the same objective reality of course but everyone experiences a unique subjective reality. Everyone has specific thoughts and feelings that nobody else has ever had. Some people are more unique than others depending on their age, environment, and life choices.

I used to watch favorite TV shows, long series, and try sleeping as early as possible. Watching shows is so passive and easy that it ends up working well. It's really important to have fun and get good sleep, so I suggest focusing on that until you figure it out.

Drugs are the opposite of cool. The more into it you are the more cringe it is. Yes, even caffeine, alcohol, and sugar. Moderation is a virtue.

Meditation. Close your eyes, breathe normally, relax your body, and calm your mind. I go for a minute to an hour depending on things.

No. In my culture it's expected that we get help until about age 18 and then you're on your own. It's a sink or swim strategy. In my opinion this is short-sighted and we should be investing into the success of our adult sons and daughters and working together to ensure the best outcomes possible.

Approval voting. Simplicity is essential in my opinion. You can read more about it here. https://www.rangevoting.org/RangeVoting.html

You can choose whatever process you like. When a market exists then you're still competing with the market. If a market doesn't exist then there's no competition. Either way it doesn't matter what process you choose.

Some people say yes, some say no. Christians, agnostics, and atheists on all sides. I hope that answers your question.
