First of all, lube what, exactly? That's kind of personal, isn't it?

Or does it mean lube everything? That'd be terrible! Nothing would get done, everything and everyone would just be sliding all over the place and falling down and slipping everywhere.

Also, it's very demanding, LUBE IT, USA! RIGHT NOW! AND THAT'S AN ORDER! I don't like being told what to do by my lube.

Comcast made it through the whole icepocalypse, then died sometime last night after the ice started finally melting.

I logged in this morning from my phone and it said it'd be repaired by 1pm. Still out now 9:30PM.

Took off work today because no internet, tomorrow not sure if I should try to limp along on tethered mobile or risk driving to a coffee shop or the library (if it is open).

Any idea what is up? My power (EWEB) has been just fine in SE, just 2-4 second long glitches every couple hours. Why did Comcast choose to take a dump right at the end of this?

I love it! No goddamned cars blasting around all day and night anymore. Enjoying it while it lasts.

Just had a Paul Holvey recall petitioner come by. They said that it was a petition to help grocery workers recover unpaid back wages. Went thru a whole spiel about that. Then I looked at the petition, it was the Paul Holvey recall petition.

Sleazy tactics say a lot about a cause. If you have to lie about it, it's probably not a good cause.

I have seen this pattern before with other petition gatherers in other cities. Hard no.
