Fuck the Rags, but I still feel for Hank every time I see that goal. Dude is an absolute mensch and he gave everything a player could that run

Is the subreddit still down? Maybe Discord if that's the case
Is it sad that I just realized the chain icon next to the username let's you view the original thread ~~in chat mode~~ in general?
It's like the Heat: great run, but they're running out of gas too soon
So, who do y'all have on Vegas winning the Conn Smythe tonight?
Is that a kind of auto-update feature? If so, I know the mobile website does auto-updates
Doesn't need a block button when he has the power to unilaterally nuke any account that posts his receding hairline photo
Kendrick Perkins is a basketball terrorist
Oh thank God, someone broke the ice.
I guess I'll add on. The pandemic and the free time it afforded me led me into a motorsports rabbit hole thanks to the Chain Bear video on the 2005 US Grand Prix. That led me to F1 at first, followed quickly after by MotoGP and IndyCar. My first race was a pretty dull IndyGP, but the following doubleheader at Road America made sure I was absolutely hooked.
I'm a masochist, so I've gravitated towards the Andretti stable, especially Colton Herta. Sure, his balls-to-the-wall style can produce some absolutely painful moments, but when it works, it's an absolute thing of beauty.
I wish I could say I've been to a race as a fan. I went with my parents to the Baltimore GP, but that was when I really wasn't into motorsports as a kid and, quite frankly, saw no reason to watch cars turn left (I was an idiot as a kid). Now that I have a love for it, I'm now in a (non-NASCAR) motorsports dead zone.
I feel like I engaged way more in the live thread for the NBA Finals last night than most live threads on Reddit. Part of it was the smaller community, but part of it was also the actual chat feature that Lemmy has, so you don't need to constantly refresh and scroll back down to see new comments
I somehow don't think pandering to #resist libs is how you win the Republican primary.
Unless, of course, you don't plan to win and this is just a way to grift the Occupy Democrats crowd. But who would do such a thing?
Also, come on, read another book, already.
I think we need to expand this tradition of hockey teams adopting pop-punk hits to belt at random intervals
