I'm glad I quit reddit, it was way too big for its own good. Even when most people who participated in the blackout go back, I will be severely limiting my time there. I'm excited to see the same communities popping up I liked to see on reddit, and hopefully with a smaller userbase we can stay active!

My job started throwing away all the assisted listening devices in our office, so I grabbed them all. Now I have three cases I just have to fit two more of them with pick and pluck foam for my ever expanding collection. Unrelated, but does anyone need any assisted listening receivers?
For the most part! I basically have to restrict the top section to assault mechs and some heavy mechs, just the wide ones. Lifting the bottom to meet the top also helps. I can't make albums otherwise the second picture would have shown the foam layer I put on top of the base layer to protect the bottom mechs, also a convenient place to put my rulebooks and sheets!
They're Patagonia Lv9 pants, I actually like these kneepads a lot better than the Crye ones, but I miss the elastic from Crye pants
Is that paint or cerakote? Looks awesome!
Is the permanent blackout a scheduled thing, or is it because all the apps will go down?
You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain
I would say reddit's golden years were around 2012. Since it started around 2005 that gave it 7 years to get as good as it was in 2012. If Lemmy follows the same formula, it may take about the same amount of time, but reddit saw exponential growth when Dig shot itself in the foot, much like reddit is currently doing, so it's possible we may get a jump start. Who's to say really?
It's more like Space Station 13 and We Need To Go Deeper
A lot of it is because of safety. It's harder to slip underneath the water level if the tub is just about the length of your legs, this is especially important when your bath is particularly relaxing
I should grab a MG Witch from Mercury kit, I loved building the HG ones!
