My dream honeymoon is Walt Disney World but I think there's a fat chance my partner is going to find it very romantic since he's not a Disney or big crowds kind of person. Instead, I think Austria would be very romantic~. The alps, the architecture, the cute little villages <3

There is so much! I hope you're having a decently long honeymoon because I think I would have a stroke trying to plan a shorter Disney trip haha. I would say... if you're a shopaholic like me, don't forget about Disney Springs. It's a perfect little day trip for if you maybe only have a half day on arrival and you don't feel like hanging around the resort, or if you've finished a park in the afternoon (easy to do at Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom) and you want to keep exploring in the evening. The restaurants there are perfect for more mature, romantic evenings while still feeling immersed in Disney.

Please post lots of pictures of your mouse ears and food afterwards!!! I hope your trip is super magical~

I CANNOT DESCRIBE IN WORDS HOW EXCITED I AM FOR YOU TO GO TO DISNEY! I grew up in central Florida and I was practically raised in WDW. I wanted a Disney Wedding so bad but it's so expensive for a wedding that for me is going to be like 5 people max lol. Vow renewal maybe someday when my man and I have more people in our lives. Honeymoon is next best thing. Do you have anything you're particularly excited for? Any special plans~?

It sounds like it'll be a surprise since we haven't talked much about designs, which I'm really excited for. This whole time I thought I was going to have to be the one dictating everything wedding-related since he's not very sentimental about this kind of thing, so it's sweet that he's taking the initiative and making it fun for me. It'll be really interesting to see what he picks :)

Maybe spring or summer 2024 :) I'm really holding out hope for a May wedding, if we can get everything ready that quickly.

We've talked about doing a courthouse wedding for simplicity but it might also be nice to do an elopement somewhere special nearby. We aren't going to have family involved and we each have few friends who live out of state so it'll be just us really. But that doesn't mean a courthouse wedding or an elopement can't be special and magical~.

Hey, February is basically spring in the South haha so those pastel yellows and blues fit in just fine :)

Oh I feel the struggle with the chocolate people haha. Update me on which flavor(s) you choose ;) I'm rooting for your almond! I associate that flavor so much with weddings and it's so unique - you can have chocolate cake any time you want, but it's hard to get an almond cake any time but a special occasion.

Also no, I'm not planning a wedding... yet. But a girl can dream, can't she?

Peace be with you! I'm a member of the Catholic Church who, due to difficult life circumstances, cannot make it to church every Sunday and so it's nice to have a little online space to commune with fellow Christians. I'm prone to being lazy in my faith because of my inability to attend church so I hope being a part of this community will keep my spirits up.
