It's a walnut, silly.

Stuff gated behind a license is usually a good idea. Insurance sales, mortgage underwriting. Wish I had a better head for web dev jobs since you brought it up, but you'd think there'd be something like that available as a WFH gig.

This is a solid album exploring powernoise and 8-bit. I think they did a great job blending aspects of both genres! https://open.spotify.com/album/4sY26sjamdoKNSxGm40MFl?si=M9tMRgC1RxSGk2Q7869jAQ&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A4sY26sjamdoKNSxGm40MFl

Media cycle control. Keeps them talking about him. I don't doubt he's dumb and a bit unhinged, but he clearly craves the attention and periodically does or says something controversial to have the cameras turn back to him. Sound familiar at all? 🤣

Is it already out? I've run into a lot of errors the past week since I started using Rethink DNS. Only on a couple sites, particularly if I do a dumb and click a Google sponsored result.

Some drum and noise I was ucky enough to see live in DC and Montreal. Some other great stuff in this vein on the label Hands.

Another week's update. A little early but my plant is in pre-flower.

And Ronan is just straight up a wonderful person. I've always been over the moon with each interaction I've had with him. He has a way of showing compassion and affirmation with you that is without comparison. I'll share some of my stories once this community has gotten rolling a bit more.

It's been pouring buckets of rain here every half day or so, then scorching sun afterward. perfect growing weather i suppose

Coffee comes out a little easier to drink while simultaneously more flavorful than my blade/spice grinder. I'd love to give you an answer but i've always been really bad about describing taste. I'll try to remember to ask my wife when she gets home since she's the resident sommelier.

Picked up a manual Javapresse burr grinder that I use with an Espro P3 french press. was a reddit recommendation, as i recall.

Another update on my Blue Dream Auto.

I always felt this was a little underappreciated, but Combi has a pretty bad name in the goth community at the time. Honestly my favorite song by him and his crew outside of the Joy of Guns period. Also apparently this was on Devil May Cry 4? I remember him handling soundtrack stuff but I never thought twice about it since it was sort of kitsch for industrial artists to be fiddling with soundtracks at the time. (Looking at you, Mr. Reznor.)

More than a year since first announcing the band’s upcoming album, Bestial Mouths has unveiled its latest single and music video for the track “Slitskin.” Released today, July 6, and written by vocalist Lynette Cerezo, the song extends from the album’s themes of the repeating cycles of trauma, finding an inner strength both unbreakable and “to send desecration amongst pathetic bullies – to dance with your death, and still find humor and joy amongst the ruin.” The evocative video sees Cerezo collaborating with Mitch Wilson of Lunar Maps, along with dancer Christina Sirmons, while the single features an additional remix of the track by Orphyx, available now on Bandcamp. She's a little over 10 years old now and feisty as ever. Pretty sure this takes the cake for the slowest growing species of T you can raise.

Just getting everything set up. Open to seeing where this community goes but I generally want to have a place where we share discoveries and help spread awareness for new releases. Maybe get the odd bit of music news every now and then when some good, old fashioned drama crops up again.

Drink some water and eat well tonight, dudes. You're gonna do great with the thing you need to do.

Is there a way to get push notifications for replies and/or specific communities? There's only a couple that I sub to that I'd want to prioritize and one that I mod.

Blue Dream Auto. I'm growing outdoors in an old ZooMed ReptiBreeze XL I had sitting around from when we raised a spiny tail iguana. It's kept the bugs out but let all the sun and rain in. I mixed the soil myself - mostly peat, sphagnum, perlite, and some earthworm castings - planted in a 5 gal grow bag, and have been just tossing liquid fertilizer in as we get breaks in the rain. Honestly this has been one of the easiest things to grow since I'm accustomed to indoor vivarium plants in the presence of large animals. It's been really rewarding to see daily growth and even more impressive to consider it was in seed only three weeks ago. I was going to mulch the top a month in, but at this point I'm failing to see a reason to do so.

She's hiding under my computer desk while I work. I'm still at a loss for how I became the favorite but I love her.
