Oh, and the UI even looks better than the totally overloaded official Logitech UI. Thanks!

My venerable Logitech Mouse a is nearing the end of it's life and I'm thinking about a replacement. Since I have no plans to switch my Gaming PC to Windows 11 I would like to have a mouse (and eventually a keyboard) that properly supports Linux.

I looked at the sites for Corsair, Logitech and Razer and the corresponding software is available for Windows (and sometimes MacOS for some reason) but no Linux Version.

Since I actually use some of the fancy Gaming-Gear functionality like setting up macros and variable DPI I'd like to use the software that is used to set these things up.
How do you guys deal with this?
Is there a manufacturer that offers their software for Linux?
Do these things run properly under Wine?

Wie wär's mit einem Job im First-Level Support / Callcenter? Das ist ein bisschen technisch, braucht aber keine Vorkenntnisse und die arbeiten oft auch an Wochende.

What the fuck are you talking about? No one in here said scarcity has no effect.

But no amount of abundance will bring the price below whatever material + labour cost. But arguing with you is pointless, you seem to be intent on missing the point.

Sounds like you have no idea what you are talking about. No amount of supply will bring down raw material and labour costs.

You mean building codes that would hike the price to levels immigrants can't afford? You could of course build social housing like a developed country but good luck doing that while republicans hold any kind of power. And even if you manage to get that done the amount of housing you can build is limited by the amount of money you are willing to invest into social housing.

Typically these quickly built housing is of such crappy quality that only immigrants will want to live there (because they can't afford anything else anyway). This leads to the development of ghettos, with leads to the typical problems from crappy schools (that traps the kids in the lowest social class) to no cultural assimilation.

I don't know what we are doing, but anon listed recent games ¯_(ツ)_/¯

(Although it irritates me to no end when people say "Baldurs Gate" while talking about BG3)

NWN1 was from Bioware, NWN2 from Obsidian. Both are from the USA, but NWN2 is nearly 20 years old by now.

You are probably overestimating the quality of the training conscripts in anons shitty country receive. Also, for me that was over 30 years ago, so maybe your are right, I'm a little hazy on the details. But two things i remember clearly: a) the targets where gigantic and b) nobody even checked if we actually landed a shot.
