Interactions from RC and LC are the only thing still giving Pulte any sense of credibility, and why I'm still on the fence about him, vs outright dismissing him as a grifter.

Someone in the PP Community on Twitter suggested doing a Twitter search for "#pultescam". Boy, there are a lot of angry tweets about Pulte from 2019. No idea on their validity or what was going on back then, but there do seem to be some similarities.

The show was an embarrassment, the questions posed to LC were so cringy that he's likely to never again want to associate with the PP show or anyone involved. I was shocked that Pulte actually let that braindead moron Kais talk to LC directly.

And the PHM pushing... cringe.

Frankly, we need a community focused on research and discussion, not green dildos, cigars, and attention-seeking morons like Kais. What a sad state of affairs.

More or less accurate. He's on "our side," but I can't stand the guy.

I tried giving him a chance (on numerous occasions actually), and he does (occasionally) do something noteworthy (like trolling Jim Cramer during bottle signing), but overall he's insufferable. Him begging Ryan Cohen for autographed books on Twitter was one of the cringiest things in this whole 3-year saga. That was when I unfollowed him, this time for good.

They explained to you exactly what was explained to you in your Reddit post's comments. This is a non-event.

Here's a thought I had...

The Teddy books aim to instill good values into the reader. While these are definitely useful for children, it occurs to me these lessons would also be incredibly useful for anyone cashing in big wins from MOASS.

Need vs. want, delayed gratification, doing good in the world, etc.

Are we the real target audience? Is RC actually taking on the role of "dad" for us ignorant masses?

They're cleaning house of any possible dissidents to their short-sighted narrative.

+1. Twitter is a horrible format for any sort of in-depth discussion, or even catching up on news. Lemmy isn't ideal, but tolerable, and should serve PP interests just fine.

I tried to order both the original "set of five," and the new one. The site did not let me buy the new set of five, but did let me place an order for the original set of five. Now the new books are not showing up on my end.
