I haven't watched more than a few minutes of the actual PP show before but this seemed significant enough that I had it on in the background while finishing up work. Thoughts:

  • Whole thing occurs at a windy airport tarmac, with a stage & everyone waiting. Pulte & PP arrive by helicopter. Why? Why that place, why a chopper? Pulte highlights he paid for the heli ride, not paid by participants' $500 tickets. Chopper remains in the background the whole time. Is it vanity, or a clue?
  • Holy fuck Kais shouldn't be on the stage. I still don't know why he's significant.
  • Lots of promotion of PHM
  • Lots of circle jerking. Konga line of it.
  • Houston Wade is weirded out and doesn't seem to be buying the production. He's stuck on stage, poor guy.
  • Pulte says he is NOT involved with bbby or Teddy in any way, but says he'd invest 1m if RC lets him. Someone calls him out that he could invest a lot more than that, and has dropped several million in Twitter/X.
  • Pulte shoots down every bit of tinfoil theories about him, no validity to any of it.
  • LC attended virtually, talked for 5 min. Pulte made it clear LC will not be discussing any publicly traded companies. LC comments about the helicopter... The damn chopper again - was LC subtly calling Pulte vain, or is this a coordinated reinforcement of a clue? Leaning towards the former. Most of what LC says is about RC. I'm really surprised he agreed to be a part of this... And why LC? Did RC convince LC to do this as a consolation prize to placate the PP crowd? LC is the GME investor furthest from bbby, at least as far as we currently know. Was RC a consolation prize delivered by RC?

This has left me very confused. I try to keep an open mind about Pulte but this made me dislike him more... Everything he said was the most meaningless generalizations delivered in the style of a pseudo-politician. He's a trust fund-ed 35 yo who looks 50... But RC keeps liking Pulte's tweets and then LC. My BS sensor is detecting a presence, but the signals are too mixed IMO. Is this all a make-a-wish production for Pulte, with RC & LC humoring a dying man-child? I kid, but this whole thing is just so unexplainably strange.

Still don't care for PP though, sorry. His app idea is just dumb, but I think Pulte is funding it.

Thoughts?

After sleeping on it I'm more annoyed by PP & Pulte blatantly cutting off any interesting BBBY discussion. Jake2b, the attorney, Houston Wade... Every time they were cut off and momentum on the topic killed, never to return. I think they were trying to make it more about themselves and didn't like the spotlight shining elsewhere.

Interactions from RC and LC are the only thing still giving Pulte any sense of credibility, and why I'm still on the fence about him, vs outright dismissing him as a grifter.

Someone in the PP Community on Twitter suggested doing a Twitter search for "#pultescam". Boy, there are a lot of angry tweets about Pulte from 2019. No idea on their validity or what was going on back then, but there do seem to be some similarities.

The show was an embarrassment, the questions posed to LC were so cringy that he's likely to never again want to associate with the PP show or anyone involved. I was shocked that Pulte actually let that braindead moron Kais talk to LC directly.

And the PHM pushing... cringe.

Frankly, we need a community focused on research and discussion, not green dildos, cigars, and attention-seeking morons like Kais. What a sad state of affairs.

It's a trial and error when it comes to practicality – so you're telling me that that's not what's happening during the shows where they deep-dive into the docket and the document filings just as they release?

Absolutely, speculative discussion along with dark humor along with it? Let people have fun as well damn it, this was a live show live with an audience for the first time

I do agree that some of the stuff that LC was asked live was unnecessary, but that's live stuff man, Pulte noticed that and always second-checked the question next time before approving, LC being there was wonderful overall, good to hear from the man himself

The only thing I came out of it with is we need to organize tomorrow and try and get the waterfall status from the plan administrator.

If you search for waterfall and bankruptcy some case precedent does come up. Check out this one, where the plan administrator openly has some conflicts of interest as a common shareholder and even brings a suit against preferred shareholders:

https://www.pbwt.com/bankruptcy-update-blog/court-holds-plan-administrator-didnt-have-a-conflict-in-bringing-a-lawsuit-against-preferred-shareholders

"... the Plan Administrator argued that he was protected by an exculpation clause in the debtor’s plan of reorganization. "

^ So maybe we should dig for Plan Administrator clauses in the plan of reorganization?

Totally agree that the helicopter was a clue. Maybe in the serial number (2043)? Ownership history? Where it's been flown? N212SP It seems to stick in the FL area and not go anywhere fancy.

Great idea about tracking the 'choppa. It seems to use the Pompano Beach Airport as its home base, so unless specified all logs start there. N212SP is owned by "Airman Helicopter Inc." so it appears to be a charter chopper. It is NOT frequently flown.

Nov 24: Busy day of shuttling to/from places, but note the loops before landing in Pompano Beach:

  • Started outside Port St. Lucie, Treasure Coast Airpark
  • Causeway Island, stopped for about 10 min
  • Vero Beach, stopped for about 30 min at an undeveloped field (not airport) - near Game Street, FWIW.
  • Stuart, stopped at Witham Field for literally 30 seconds
  • Palm Beach Shores, flew two circles over the tidal zone at latitude of Bamboo Rd.
  • Ocean Vue, flew one circle over the tidal zone at latitude of Sevilla Dr.
  • Landed at Pompano Beach Airport

Nov 28: Flew laps over a nature preserve, landed in Ft. Lauderdale for 2 min, then returned.

Dec 08: Went to southern Palm Beach and without landing U-turned over the tidal zone (around Algoma Rd, Kings Rd. a block or two north of the infamous Mar-a-Lago) and returned. Joyride? Algoma Rd reminds me of algo...rithm.

Dec 14: Went to Pompano Community Park - literally a few blocks away (to pick up PP?) and then flew right back to the airport for the event.

I don't have time to survey the land ownership of each property around the circle points, being the only remotely interesting indications in the flight history. I've taken this as far as I'm willing to go without feeling crazy or stalk-y. County records typically contain ownership info, such as this example of one property near the u-turn on Dec 8: https://pbctax.publicaccessnow.com/PropertyTax/Account.aspx?p=50-43-43-35-00-002-0430&a=1282741 Mind you many wealthy people likely have obfuscated custody of the properties they own, so this might be a futile endeavor. No, Ryan Cohen or Carl Icahn don't live anywhere near where the chopper went, although I discovered they do live within a mile of each other (Indian Creek, Bal Harbour).

I'll just say I've never seen so many shills as in the threads about this live show. What about the ice cream truck that rolled in at 7:41 ? Had me laughing hard. This was a significant community meetup with Larry Cheng as a guest. Where has he guested before this? This was a non scripted live event. There were some awkward moments but mostly a lot of heart

[–] MossyHabitat 5 points 11 months ago

Disappointed people are not shills. We must refrain from a cult of personality, because the types which gravitate to that spotlight are usually disappointing. This event was rife with "cult of personality" which turns me off completely. But I acknowledge that some people are jazzed by such things as this event, HS pep rallies, religious services, etc. I'm just here for the DD, analysis, and a few hits of tin.

I think Pulte likes to play off the community hype around ice cream & 741. It was obviously orchestrated & he's a hype man who aspires to to deliver what the crowd likes. Is there actual significance around 741 & ice cream? Perhaps, or maybe there used to be, or nothing at all - but it's community symbolism none the less.

LC's participation was the one sticky point for me. Even after sleeping in it I'm still of a mind that RC is trying to placate the most currently active sub-group of his investment followers until D-Day, and likely convinced LC to make an appearance to pacify & intrigue this audience in lieu of himself.

Basically that was a huge waste of time, Pulte told us nothing and even hinted that we are fucked and should hire lawyers?? I am so confused as to why people think that show went well tonight. It could be that they have to say that until the plaintiff is switched to the Plan Administrator in RC's pump and dump case and we are clear to receive distribution(s). That's the only positive explanation I can think of. Otherwise, we really are screwed and possibly PP and crew are compromised and assisting Pulte and whoever else in turning the PP Show into a soundboard for their own causes and investments.
