Typically, whatever I'm doing I have a history of doing before, and can anticipate whether I'll need <10, <100, etc. folders, and name accordingly.

I also name my month folders "01 - January" and my date folders YYYY.MM.DD so they sort properly. I really hate when people use MM.DD.YY in folder names--or even worse M.D.YY. Fuck those people.

For my iPad it was:

  1. Settings
  2. Apps
  3. Photos
  4. Scroll down to Enhanced Visual Search

How do they retroactively remove the knowledge the AI has gained from analyzing all of our personal information?

I don't know how much is innate and how much we fostered, but we read a ton with him from a very young age and made it into little quiz games and fill in the blank questions. He's always liked knowing the answers. My 3 year old is less interested, but I think she'll absorb a lot just by being around her brother. We do read to her, of course, but she chooses different books than the 6 year old does (and even did at 3).

My 6 year old loves to learn about math, sciences, a few other subjects to a lesser degree, plus practical stuff, like driving/traffic behavior. He mainly likes biological sciences and astronomy, but some physics and engineering.

Same. I have been working where I work much longer than my boss. I know the relevant requirements better most of the time. I don't throw that in their face. Plus, even if I'm right, they can (in the moment) pull rank and enforce whatever they want. I remain humble in my assertions and in return they almost never pull rank. It's a good balance. My boss actually depends on me to know the requirements and be able to tell everyone what they are. Then, they just enforce them. Win-win for me.

Ready Player One. Excellent movie!

Most of us don't have a need for that amount of built-in storage. External drives and even USB memory sticks meet the needs of probably 95% of people. I don't begrudge you your mega-storage system (I think it's pretty cool), but I have a 1TB SSD and a 2TB external, and I have plenty of storage. Granted, I'm not doing anything graphic or audio intensive. If I didn't have kids or didn't have to work full time, I'd probably need more, but with my available free time and budget, this works.

Probably not, but he'd have an opportunity to replace him with someone at least as bad. So, you never know.
