It's not that, it's more that usually comments that are heavily downvoted get hidden and so see less real discussion, plus reddit starts rate-limiting you when you're heavily downvoted.
Lemmy seems to be better in that I might get downvoted, which is fine I don't give a fuck, but you don't get limited so you can still reply and have discussions.

Lol I wasn't ignoring, Lemmy just wasn't working great for me the last couple of days, I guess due to the recent heavy load on the server.
My preference is heavy psychiatric treatment to help these people accept reality. We usually don't let other delusional people mutilate themselves to fit their diseased mental state, I don't see why trans is different.
I feel sorry for these people. They are clearly unwell, and have high rates of comorbid mental conditions.
